Founded in 1992, the company has been operating as ARTI BİR PROJECT GROUP Architecture Restoration Construction Consultancy Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. as of 2007. Artı Bir Project Group provides project, construction and consultancy services on restoration projects, street rehabilitation projects, architectural application projects, interior designs, and landscaping projects with its expert staff.

ARTI BİR PROJECT GROUP conducts architectural survey, restitution, restoration and landscaping projects of monumental structures such as mosques, tombs, madrasas, inns, castles, fountains, churches and civil architectural examples, and street rehabilitation projects for residential areas with a dense historic texture.

“The main goal of ARTI BİR PROJECT GROUP is to carry out scientific studies for protection of our “Cultural Heritage” from the past to the present and to create projects that transfer the values of Cultural Assets to future generations.”

In line with this goal, it performs operations in the following fields;

• Designing (Survey, Restitution, Restoration, Reconstruction)
• Evaluation (Repair, Repurposing)
• Construction Inspection

In addition to restoration projects, ARTI BİR PROJECT GROUP prepares architectural projects such as residences, cultural centers, education centers, hospitals; decoration projects for interior spaces such as offices, hotels, villas and cafes; and urban and landscaping projects. The works in such projects start with analysis, research, sketching, survey and design, and no details are left out.

She was born in 1979 in Niğde. In 2002, she graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Gazi University. In 2007, she completed the Graduate Program in Restoration at METU’s Faculty of Architecture.

Since 1999, she has worked for various companies on projects and construction sites. Continuing to work with Artı Bir Project Group since 2007, Ş. Güneş CAN GÖKÇE provided architectural consultancy in “Integrated City Hospitals Projects” at the Public-Private Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey between the years 2011-2014. During this period, she conducted studies especially on High-Security Forensic Psychiatric Hospitals as well as Maternity and Neonatal Intensive Care services.

Güneş CAN GÖKÇE continues her professional studies with Artı Bir Project Group on the restoration of historic and monumental structures, protection of historic and urban areas, and preparation of preliminary and as-built designs in architectural projects and also contributes to the Survey and Restoration Studio’s as a part-time instructor at the Faculty of Architecture at Atatürk University.
