Architectural Conservation (Documentation, Restitution and Restoration) Project
Konya, 2017-2018
İçkaraarslan Masjid is a cultural heritage that was built in the middle of the 13th century and reached the present day from the Seljuk period. Although it has been intervened in different periods, the square-shaped, single-domed masjid attracts attention with some unique aspects. It is especially important in terms of having a mihrab where tiles and plaster were used together and which did not have many examples in the Seljuk period.
